SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-18 business days of processing, for standard shipping & handling in the United States region. 

For international shipping, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. 

Please allow tracking number to update within 24 hours to receive tracking updates once your package has been shipped.

once we ship your items, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If you have reason to believe you deserve a refund, we will ask for information about the contents of the package and a report or video footage of said lost/stolen items to prove your claims. Once we review your claim, and successfully resolve the issue, we can issue a refund until proven otherwise. However, each delivery has a $100 insurance fee added to their order in case of lost package delivery to which you can contact your local post office and make your claim.
